i also booked a plot in panchsheel and paid 50 % but niether i got plot registered nor my money back

i am shocked as well as glad that there are soooo many people who have been cheated and duped by this Pancheel project developers, and i'm not alone in this fraud.(atleast we all can get togather and put up some big legal step against this developer and make thier owners blacklisted in the entire India, so that atleast they cannot come up with any such fraud plan in future) (even if we have to collect some funds and print in the newspapers about this scam and these cheaters it would be worth for many other people to learn from it) I too have booked two 200 sq. yrd. plots in this township and have paid 95% of the money. I too had been promised soo many lucrative attractions in this township such as cricket academy, resort, hospital, mini india tourist destination, one of the special attraction for common wealth games, etc. etc. etc. But every thing has passed by (even the common wealth games) and nothing has happened.
After such a looong wait and not getting any satisfactory reply and constantly trying their Jaipur and Gurgaon no.s when i finally got to talk strictly to a senior marketing manager about what is wrong, he clearly accepted that this project has got stuck and nothing solid is about to happen in near future. You can do whatever you wish to.
This clearly proves that we all have been very cleaverly duped and cheated with our hard earned money and we should not let it happen. we should not let these people get away with it. We should all get-togather and should really make these people nude in front of the entire world. (either by contacting any news channel or any legal body that can take some strong action against these developers)
Even the dealer through which i booked these plots (Astra Landbase in JMD mall Gurgaon) is a big cheat. Because they gave me great assurences about this project and their developers at the time of booking but after this project got delayed they too have stopped talking to me properly and have been hiding thier faces. I got Omaxe appartments also booked through them in jaipur which i sold some time later (in 2007) and the profit of 36000 rs which i got is still pending with these Astra people (For an year and a half i kept asking them about this money of mine but i only got excuses)
So its my humble request to all the people who have got stuck with this developer that we all should unite and take some strong step against this developer and their agents who trapped innocent people like us by their shugar coated talks and false assurences.
Kindly let me know when, where and how we all should unite to take some strong step against this builder.

invested in 200 sq yrd. 90% payments given. The developments are not as per there commitments /leaflets mentioned hotels malls schools golf club no fencing etc. Nothing is there only one road, some villas.

I have given all money but plot is not yet registered. Mr. Prabhakar, new person in Gurgaon office has given assurance couple of months back but failed. Now he is not picking the phone as well. I am in consensus with you all to take some strict action againts them. Pls suggest.

I am also quite worried about the future of our money... today i tried to open their website and to my surprise I saw a new updated site...so something positive after a long time..i heard some months back that mr sharma is trying to tie up with some financer in gurgaon for 10cr so that he can get the project cleared from JDA and for furthur development of the site...if that has gone through... the project may get a fresh life...so if anyone has any contact in jaipur, they can try to authenticate this...any update kindly let other also know...

We then visited a property dealer who deals on Ajmer road. He was quite clear that Panchsheel and many others had a simple marketing strategy - Sell to people from Delhi & Gurgaon as they are more attracted to low rates and dont have time to fight back.
Its been over an year now since I have been making regular calls. Each time I am told that JDA's approval will come in 2 months. It is clear to all o[censored]s that nothing is going to happen unless we unite and fight.

I have booked a plot 250 sq.yard in april 2006 in panchsheel park, A project of panchsheel colonizers Pvt.Ltd ( jaipur).
They also allotted me a plot no. B-525 and promised me for giving possession in two years from the date of booking of plot.
More then three years have gone, But till now nither they gave me possession of the plot nor they refunding my money.

Hi All.. I have read almost all the blogs on this site regarding Panchsheel Colonizer and found to be some true and some myth. I have a plot 250 Sq. Yard and now the same has been registered in the court. Also, i have obtained a copy of JDA approval for their Phase 2.

I have received a letter from Panchsheel Colonizers with an assurance to start the possesion soon. They have also given Account Statement indicating how much money is already paid and how much is due.
This is definately a good step in right direction. But let's see when they come up with Possesion Offer.

It is a matter of great concern that despite of my several correspondence & telephonic conversation with the representatives of Panchsheel colonizers the company is unable to give the plot booked by me in the year 2006.
It may be out of place to mention that on[protected] I have booked the plot of size 200 sq yards(approx) @ Rs 2500/=. The plot was alloted in phase -II
the company had promised me to handover the plot with in a period of two years from the date of allotment.
It may be added that at the time of booking the company have given the attractive broacher wherein it was the provision of super -specialty hospital, the club, cricket accedemy, Golf course but till date the place i.e panchsheel park via ajmer road near Mahla Town is isolated and no development has taken place as promised to us .. the company is giving false promises and nothing has been done as yet.
Inaccordance with plot buyers agreement the company has failed to handover the plot in time. Under the above circumstances we cannot wait and rely on the promises of the pancsheel colonizers as already a period of 4 years has ended.
I request all my friend who has suffered like me and has booked up plot with panchsheel Builder to form a group and fight with unity to get that the hardearned money from the cheated builder.

One real problem with jaipur plots is that their re-sale value is nil.
their are so many companies in delhi selling plots in jaipur. The best part is plots are available in range of 450 rupees per yards even 20 kilometers away from jaipur. I recieved so many messages about lucritive deals for jaipur every now and then.
One dealer was selling his land for Rs. 1800/- per yard. When i spoke with them. I even made a deal for 2.5% interest per month for a period of 24 months. And they were willing to give this in written. Just imagine the shear sword they (management) must be having. They think people are sheeps. Cut them into flesh and eat them.

I am Arun Kumar I have booked 400 yds plot with them in 2006, they had promised me possession in two years but now I don't even get any reply / response from them. A joint efforts is strong and I believe that all the investors must join hands and file a law suit on them for falsly promising and making a cheme to dupe investors. If we people unite and approach economic offence wing, we may be successful in getting either our money back or plots. But this requires unity and dedicated effort. If you people are interested, do call me up or mail me.

Ye fraud builder and colonizers are bloody chor hai. Kya aap logon ko genuine colonizers nahi milta.
Its been 6 years since I booked but there is no help from builder on land approval/possession.

This builder is unable to handle project of this size and is almost about to close down the company.
I have also paid 90% of money.
They are not giving any refund when I had requested them to return my money.
We are purely dependent on their wishes now. They have not done any proper development and even they do not have any JDA approval.
Lets accept that our money is gone.
