[Resolved] Pantel & BSNL T - Pad — Fraudulent marketing, Poor consumer redressal | |||
I ordered Pantel & BSNL T Pad in April 2012.(PENT0044745) through Bank A/C transfer by PNB Bank ID-M572367 on 3rd May 2012. I paid Rs 3500/ for Pantel T Pad and BSNL SIM CARD. Other charges including bank charges & freight charges were also paid. I received T Pad on 17th May by Gati courier, but i didn't get The BSNL SIM card along with Tpad , in fact the bill that I received along with Tpad is of Rs 3250/ .There was no mention of SIM Card or its charges in the bill and no communication was made in respect of receiving the SIM card or other option. I called Pantel Noida office several times but no convincing answer was given to me. On using the Pantel T pad i found that after regular use for 10 days there was a problem in the LCD display.I reported it to the service center in Jaipur after registering complaint on consumer care Complaint no --PANT/JAI/12/6/05/006/0006 . To my surprise the service center blamed me for LCD malfunctioning as poor handling of T pad on my part. It is disappointing that after such fraudulent malpractice the company poor consumer service continues and no redressal to my genuine complaint has been made so far . Rather they told me that there is no warranty for this . I have few questions to raise? 1. Lesser billing amount than the amount paid is justified? 2 What about the SIM Card that the company promised to give and additional charges paid? 3 BSNL Service center conveyed that no sim issued to Pantel, means that Pantel is a bogus company cheating customers. 4 what is the utility of warranty for this item? Dear friends my advise to you is that DO NOT ORDER PANTEL T PAD ITS A COMPANY GIMMICK OF MAKING MONEY BY FRAUDULENT MEANS LIKE A CHIT FUND. In case the company does not take remedial measure of my complaint i am going to sue Both Pantel & BSNL in MRTP court as well as criminal conduct under section 420IPC. BSNL — Not proving redressal to consumers
I am a bsnl customer from last 4 years. My no. is [protected] but untill now i have tried 24 times to contact bsnl customer care services for cancellation of my caller-tunes. i have also similar experience. I paid Rs.3500 on 18th may 2012 through Punhab National bank. I got receipt on my mail from PENTA. But I have not received delivery of the instrument yet. I tried on their phone numbers so many times. But either no reply or the cassttee `our executives are busy to give service to other customers'. I suspect this is bogus company. They have not replied to my several mails also. Please let me know what I should do now.
