[Resolved]  Paras Buildtech — Refund of Money/ Fraud

I had booked a flat at Paras Buildtech - TIERRA Project in June'10
Mr Ghai as well as Mr sanjay - Dynamite Team of Investor Clinic agreed in writting to refund money in cash against booking of Flat.
It was agreed that after 2nd Instalment is paid then this agreed amount will be refunded to me.

But now they have refused saying that we need to pay Tax so will not be paid

Investor clinic should be behave responsibly otherwise no body will invest through them as they should follow the committed amount and should not cheat customers hard earned money

I have purchased a flat Number D1 4003 at Paras Panorama, Kharar Distt. Mohali . In resale from Mr. Harnesh Pal Singh, s/o Charanjit Singh R/O Harmilton Hiring Ltd. SCO - 313, 1st Floor Sec 40 . Chandigarh . India. I have made full and final payment to him and also a sum of Rupees 32, 500 has been paid wide cheque number 820183 dated 23/12/2013 of YES Bank Kharar in favour of Dynasty Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. as transfer fee and a sum of Rupees 37, 762 wide cheque number 820182 dated 23/12/2013 in favour of Paras Re-Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. as maintainance charges. Both the cheques were handed over to Mr Jagdeep singh of your company.
It is intimated that the transfer papers of the flat have not been received by me till date, nor the above stated cheque of Rs. 32, 500 has been debited from my account, which shows that the cheque has not been presented to the bank till date .
I have purchased this flat for immediate occupation as I had no alternate accommodation for living . In spite of having paid the full amount and other dues on 23/12/2013 and in spite of repeated requests to Mr Parmod, the flat has not been made ready in all respects for giving the possession .
You are requested to look into the matter for transfer of allotment in my name and also advise your staff responsible for giving the possession to carry out rectifications of minor deficiencies at the earliest .
