I had received a parcel via TNT with your airway bill no GE[protected]WW.Your delivery person had collected Rs.550/-AS in for Octroi for the parcel, but while when I asked for the Octroi receipt he just when away suddenly . I had registered a complaint on your hotline number [protected].Somebody had talked to me and satisfied me that they will take this matter in priority and will inform me the status.But till date nothing has happened from your side.Its not just the matter of Rs.550/-But the way your people are decreacing your goodwill in the market by this kind of frouds.I want to know is this your way of cheating your customers. The parcel was booked on 15/11/2008.And delivered on 18/11/2008.Complaint was registered on 20/11/2008. Now the date is 24/11/2008.Till date no response is there from your side.I strongly request you to call me on [protected] and update the matter.And do the needful as soon as possible. they dont update nythng on website;tracking no. is no use;tracking box only for shownd custo. care very rude;if they dont update we will ask custo. care they r very lazy to respond;first flight better last flight
