A child who is mature wat dependent on others can't even wear his own cloths.don't be so harsh see the patients position anesthesia was must for him and cardiologists were there to see in anthesia he may not die and I brought this money on interest. So it is requested to grant this full amt so that I may not have to go on social media and to take this matter to consumer court. Ur reply is awaited I hope u will consider this as special case which is one in millions think with ur heart not with ur brain. ASAP

Go and collect the original bill from the hospital.
The insurance company is very correct in holding the payment due to submission of duplicate bill as there is always a chance that someone can use the original bill to get the claim from somewhere else also like in from CHGS or from their offices if they are having such facility..
