Dear Team,
Its been a Month I have file for the claim reimbursement but every time i called the CUSTOMER care they give me new time lines with different different reason all the time, I am renewing the same policy since 2017 and this is the first time I have file for any claim, still I am being treated like a fraudster.
Do you guys provide policy just to give the CUSTOMER peace of mind or you actually take care of them, because I am feeling like an ### every time i called your CCE.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve this asap
