[Resolved]  Park Mediclaim Tpa Pvt Ltd — Ridiculous Customer Service, Payment still not received with no reason.

Hi, This is in regards to the Policy # 272400/48/2013/11229 for Late Mr. Benoy Saha. The claim was approved but did not receive any payments till date. The claim was approved in February 2014 and its more than 3 months now that we havent received any payment. When we spoke to someone by the name of Pooja in accounts department she confirmed that we will receive payments in 2 weeks and we have a written confirmation for that as well. Everytime we cal them we get the same answer that the payments will be issued shortly. They have no reason for the delay of the payment and it is serious harassment . Please advise what exactly needs to be done or should we sue the company for this. Regards, Sayanti Saha
