Dear Team,
Its been a Month I have file for the claim reimbursement but every time i called the CUSTOMER care they give me new time lines with different different reason all the time, I am renewing the same policy since 2017 and this is the first time I have file for any claim, still I am being treated like a fraudster.
Do you guys provide policy just to give the CUSTOMER peace of mind or you actually take care of them,...

Claim Rejected
My Father is admitted into hospital due to Covid Pneumonia. I have Corona Kavach policy. I submitted to the hospital for cashless but Park Mediclaim rejected my claim.

Regarding refund of policy number 203032100078/ Satwant Randhawa/urgent
The claim documents for my mother had reached your office in Delhi Rajendra place on 4 March 2021 . But till date the refund is not received . We are trying the toll free number but no response. The below message was received on 4th March 2021 :
Claim no.[protected] registered succesfully under your Policy 404400/50/20/10000047. After examining all documents we will revert to you within 7 working days .For Help Contact[protected] PARK TPA
I have been following up for the same . There is some Ms Rashika Chauhan at Rajendra place New Delhi office who was taking care of this . But till date after 4 months we have still not received the claim amount . This is most pathetic company is have come across.

In claim number nicdr2/197680/p-1 rs 42380 was not paid with reason maximum limit for available s. I + cb has exhausted. Even rs. 2464/- knee brace not paid.. Limit not exhausted in any category. This bill also includes first 10 days physiotherapy bill which was not paid. They do not pick phone and answer to query. mediclaim reimbursement frauds and illogical queries to waste time

I was in touch with bhawna from park mediclaim reimbursement team for my card number[protected] insurance policy - 360203/50/16/10004188 where the claim was submitted for reimbursement on 10th october and till 4th november there was no update, on 4th november i followed up and i was told i need to sign a verification form and my claim would be processed, the doctor has sent the file, as i did not receive any email till 5th november evening i called and some new person told me there are 4 queries on your file.
1. I was never diagnosed with diabetes and never had any sugar issue in any reports, any doctor file or any doctor wordings and park mediclaim doctors mentioned that i am diabetic for which they have no proof no evidence.
2. My doctor stated a certificate with his orignal signature that i had no previous history of any heart related medical history on his own letter head and was submitted in the file and park mediclaim doctor mentioned show me previous heart medical history where there is no history.
This is just killing time as they have already taken a month and done nothing so they added upsurd queries just to waste more time and not process the claims without any evidence or proof they are making a fool of customers. I want to make this complaint so park mediclaim can realize they cant kill time on such things and cant think that everyone is stupid.

Hi sir
I am in touch with harsh from park mediclaim tpa pvt ltd and i claimed my wife's maternity bills and after a month time and rejecting one of the document that i provided them they approved 35890 for me but its been 2 months now from the date of claim and i still had not received the amount yet
I try to escalate this with several emails but no one is bothered about it and it's me who have to suffer without money
Company's want the payments on time but when it comes to customer to claim and get money back they have 1000 of reason why there is a delay and why they can not pay but if you miss one of their instalment they don't know you at the time of claim

I request you to consider this email as a petition in ombudsman and take some action against tpa park mediclaim

Dear Sir / Madam
This is in reference to Card no. 11163745 policy no. 271400/48/2017/3411, kindly register my disappointment to the services of Park mediclaim. I and my wife Mrs.Harpreet Kaur, a part of the our team of M/s Allport International Pvt.Ltd., continued enrolled with a mediclaim policy with Oriental Insurance Company Limited. I, with all my company employee, very well assured that we would be care by our TPA financially in case of mishappening, for which no one should have always ready.
Now, I come to the point, for which you should have aware. As it has added in your record with Card no. 11163745 policy no. 271400/48/2017/3411 reference, I would like to describe following to understand the issue :
1. My wife Mrs.Harpreet Kaur, suddenly face a problem of PSVT, and required a heart treatment of EPS+RFA. We, due to long relation with mediclaim policy, very well assured that our policy help to bear that expenses.
2. We requested to Park through Sir Ganga Ram Hospintal, New Delhi for approval the total expenses with a Doctor estimate of Rs.80, 000/-. We properly applied with the estimate of Dr.Aman Makhija, of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
3. With a long wait and many pinching situation, You approved Rs.35, 000/- amount just one day before the treatment, which is not like ethical in any case. We were helpless on that time, but we were sure that you will be approved all expenses after treatment with routine enhancement.
4. With God grace the EPS + RFA successfully completed on 15.02.2017 under Dr.Aman Makhija of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, and stayed continued for treatment under supervision of Doctors.
5. On 16.02.2017, when doctor decided to be discharged, and final bill is issued for Rs. 75, 197/-(Rupees Seventy Five Thousand One Hundred Ninty Seven only), we requested to final approval to you for the same amount.
6. Now, the painful situation has started for us, when a long time passed for approval. Hospital advised to asked to Park for approval, but your contact numbers are most of the time not attended, If, by chance, attended then makes excuses for delay. After a long chase finally you approved a amount of Rs. 16, 594/-(Rupees Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Ninty four only). You were kind enough to accept our feelings of that time. We, on that time understand that We made a mistake to faith to our Insurance company, for which we think will be given help on that condition.
7. We, on that time helpless and unable to pay immediately the bill payment, which is urgent need. We were helpless due to restraint decision. We on that time, used our credit card with bear a high rate of interest to pay hospital bill, and decided to switch over from above referred policy, and also decided to give feed back to our corporate, and recommended to change policy, as Admin Manager, myself.
Though, I assured that the issue is addressed, but I am not in hope that something will happen in my favor. So, I provided my other personal family National Assurance policy no. 360801/48/16/[protected], and Card no. of Mrs.Harpreet Kaur is[protected] which is fortunately with your TPA, i.e. with Park Mediclaim. The all records and documents already forwarded to Park through Sir Ganga Ram Hospital TPA helpdesk with reference of Oriental Insurance policy, and formally you can consider my difference claim of Rs. 58, 603/- (Rupees Fifty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Three only) under policy no. 360801/48/16/[protected], and Card no. of Mrs.Harpreet Kaur is[protected]. I requested to process my difference amount of claim, which I paid, as soon as possible. My Bank details are forwarded for their reference.
But no one taking care about my claim till date. Would someone help in this regard.

Hi,
This is in regards to the Policy # 272400/48/2013/11229 for Late Mr. Benoy Saha. The claim was approved but did not receive any payments till date. The claim was approved in February 2014 and its more than 3 months now that we havent received any payment. When we spoke to someone by the name of Pooja in accounts department she confirmed that we will receive payments in 2 weeks and we have a written confirmation for that as well. Everytime...
