i own a flat in Tower C3 . Does anyone have any idea when is Parsvnath going to give the possession.Any updates would be very helpful

I recently spoke to Parsvnath Developers (Mr. Dogra) 4 days back. He again gave a false promise that the construction activity will resume in a month's time or so for the towers which are partially complete. His words were not really convincing and was sounding helplessness.

I feel we should all meet at their shahadara office on a pre-decided date preferably a Saturday and then take up the matter with their management and based on their feedback decide further course of action .

Hi Everyone, Even i have booked flat in 2008 here in Parasvnath Exotica Ghaziabad. I have my flat in B4 tower 4 BhK (2500 sq ft) & almost given 85% money to them. Every month i try to visit but situation is always the same. I want my total money back with interest. Also i was being told that there is some legal issue with some part of land at Parasvnath Exotica. I m really helpless & shocked to hear this. Can somebody else upgrade any latest updates? Hi, I have also invested in Tower E of Parvsnath Exotica and in similar situation. There is no construction since I have booked this flat in somewhere Feb 2012. Parsvnath Group is not trustable any more and even there is no sence to speak with Mr Dogra as he is giving same update since last 4 years. Even these guys become shameless hence not hesitating in giving such repeated foolish answers.

As per update one of the Parsvnath Exotica, Ghaziabad group has established RWA and filed a case against Parsvanth group in consumer court. The 2nd group is also in process in doing the same. There is a closed group Facebook page as well but they are not adding new members.

We have left with no choice but need to be a part of legal battle against Parsvnath Group but waiting for the decision of 1st case which has been filed few months back. Lets hope the first group wins and then we will continue with another attack on this cheater group to recover our hard money with Interest of Market value of these flats.

I booked a flat in B3 tower in April 2014 and paid 20% amount. At site there is no activity, various time visited at site and Shahdara office bur we get only wrong commitments. Today i come to know the case filed by a group of 55 members has won the case against PDL, any one has updates regarding judgement pl contact, we should also go court. there is no other choice seems.

Guys an update regarding parasvnath exotica ghaziabad which probably some of you might be aware. NCDRC New Delhi in its judgement on 06 May 2016 against case No CC/45/2015 for tower c &d and case No CC/46/2015 for tower E&F of parasvnath exotica Ghaziabad has directed parasvnath to refund money of all petitioners with 12% simple intrest, 3lakh compensation and Rs 25000 litigation charges. A new group is being formed for left over members .I[censored] are intrested in joining our litigation against builder for refund you may contact me at [protected]@yahoo.in.

Dear Akjha, Thanks for the update. We were not aware about this news. Now its time to take up this matter further.
Parsvnath is not investing in Exotica Ghaziabad. The site has towers that are built but no finishing - no ceiling, floor, walls etc has been done. What is worse is that there is no labour there and No work is in progress. They have left the project hanging knowing full well that customers will take a long time to get together and do something about it.
I am a cheated flat owner at Exotica - Flat no 302 in Tower D1. I have to make the balance payment on possession since 90% is already paid.
I made a visit to the site and saw that the the project has a completely abandoned look, No work is happening in any tower. No trucks, No labourers, No one. Except one flunky sitting there to sell to unsuspecting victims. His sales story is that the towers are ready and finishing will be done within a year - thats what he told men last year - the project is still in the same state.
Is there a lawyer amongst us who can initiate a suit we can all join OR I will explore options on how to bring this builder to live upto commitment.

Hi. I am also a sufferer at Parsvnath Exotica, Ghaziabad and booked an apartment in 2011 in Tower C-2. I am also interested to cancel my booking and to get my money back. Today, the Supreme Court has ordered Parsvnath to deposit INR twelve crore in the court for refunding the money to the customers. Please somebody inform that was the Court order applicable only for the seventy customers who filed the case? If yes, let all the remaining customers also get together and take on Parsvnath. Many innocent consumers in search of a house in Delhi or in NCR are fooled by these builders and this will happen because most o[censored]s don't know what the legal remedies are available with us. Even I booked a flat in Parsvnath Exotica (E-104) and when I got to know they stopped the construction, I asked them to refund the money last year, application was submitted last year and since then I am following up with them and everytime I get the same response that the funds are not yet released. Please help what should we do. Do we need to file legal action against them?
