Hello,
my name is vinay garg and i booked a flat in parsavnath exotica in E3 tower on 19/05/2012 through kartik real estates. i was told that in 36 months it will be delivered if there is delay in possession then builder will pay me penalty. till now i have paid 20% against 2 demands i received . fews days back i visited the site and i find work is not yet started for E3 tower. neither i am receiving any demand or penalty from parsavnath.br...
