pass port — Delay In Passport

I have applied for the Pass Port on 26th Dec 2008 and I have been given to understand that on 2.1.2009 my application has been received by PP office Bhopal.

Kindly confirm the status of my PP.

I have applied for the passport FRESH in APRIL '2011 at Regional Passport office, Hyderbad and here are some details:

When I check the status online using the website :www.passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php, I see the status as below for the past one month.I have been waiting for my passport because i got onsite oppurtunity from company.

Below is the Status from the past 2 months

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

Till now i did not get the passport.Can you please help me on this and get my passport despatched .

Iam padmakar mishra . i have applied for passport in[protected] year from lucknow.but , wrote a lot of mails to delhi head office, is response no answer, now this year going I am going toAmerica for a job.Ihave completed to all formalities in Police Department along with police verification is complete, but My passport has very delay.and the currently showing the status of my passport(police report has been submitted for policy section plz see the pro)..
