[Resolved] Passenger — arrogant attendant in udyog nagri train | |||
Dear Sir, I am travelling through udyog nagri train no.12174 date 11feb2011 expected to reach lokmanya tilak terminus by 6:15am but train is running late by 4 hours. Attendant name Prashant in B1 coach of our train stated collecting bedding at titwala station were train was standing for more than a hour. When we requested to keep it until kalyan he refused and started speaking arrogantly. Also he refused to give complain book and said to put complain whereever I want. This shows no fear of railway staff against any complaint and request railway to atleast give warning against such misbehavior with customers. For ref my PNR No is [protected]. Thanks.
