Bus Neatness not maintained,no charging ports work,torn seats
Iam a regular traveller from Shimoga to gulbarga and vice versa. The bus doesn't support charging and the seats are torn.being a sleeper class vehicle not providing basic needs is very bad.bus will also doesn't go on time. every time many passengers along with me face the same problem.if due to this road if they are unable to reach on time, do make changes in the booking timetable change so that who ever is in emergency can come to know the genuine time instead of this fake time table.

Regarding not follow COVID protocol and rudely behaviour of bus driver and conductor
Bus No. DL1PD5800. Route No. 567
Kindly check the CCTV of the above mentioned bus number between 06:00 pm to 07:00 pm date 09/02/2022. The behaviour of the bus driver and conductor is very rudely and he said #jo #kr #sakta #ho #vo #kr #liyo. The driver drove the bus very negligently. They didn't follow the COVID protocol. The driver and the conductor of the above mentioned bus was sitting passenger more than the sanctioned order according to DDMA guidelines.

Bus conductor/driver misconduct with the passenger in a way of bad behavior and frequent use of abusive language.
I am warning this letter to alert you against your bus conductor & driver bad behavior and frequent use of abusive language with the passenger at the journey time. I hope the management will pay some attention on this compliant to take the necessary action on MR.SRIDHAR and MR.PRABHAKAR who has in charge for the SAME-CHENNAI bus on 22nd DEC, 2021 which was crossed TALAIVASAL TOLL between 20:14 and 20:18.
It was SALEM to CHENNAI NEW bus with Blue & Gary collared and I believe it should be controlled by the SALEM depo which was introduced by the government exactly one year back. Yesterday (22/12/2021) I was started my journey from TALAIVASAL TOLL to CHENNAI(TAMBARAM) around 20:18 but the conductor did come to me to give ticket since he was in a deep discussion with the driver. I was worried about the checking and went his seat to ask the ticket. He refused and asked me to go sit. He did not come till the bus reach to KALLAKURICK bus stand. After the bus reached the kallakurichi bus stand he came to me to collect the money to give the ticket. Still I have the ticket and I can attach if this portal allow me to attach. So the ticket was released at 20:44:47 and it’s almost 30 mints from my on boarding time. The same time the conductor issued me the ticket he went to make an entry at the kallakurichi monitoring authority note book. So if you cross verify the kallakurichi monitoring reporting authority then you could get the complete details about the BUS.
As I noticed the sheet (where the conductors will make the ticket vs the money collected) I have come to know that their name are SRIDHAR and PRABHAKAR. So if you enquire the kallakurichi bust stand monitoring authority point then he should make the entry between 20:44:47 and next few mins. As mentioned it was SALEM to CHENNAI NEW BUS which was introduced by our government one year back.
I get into the bus at TALAIVASAI TOLL and I go the seat next to the front steps which is located at the RGHT side of the front steps doors. After I was question to the conductor about his irresponsibility in issuing the ticket immediately he asked me to go and sit other seats but unfortunately other seats are not much comfortable to sit to travel long distance. I refused to move to other seats since he was seated next to the driver where the conductor seat is located. They have put the bus in a hotel for dinner after villupuram. After they restarted from the hotel the conductor came to me and asked me again to go and seat but I refused again since the available seats are not comfortable for me. Now he went to the driver and asked him open the door even he know it’s winter and very difficult to sit if driver opens the door. Still they did it and also they did not closed the door 10 to 15 mins once they open the doors for any stops.
This is how they both are harassed me mentally and physically. I did not slept till I get down at TAMBARAM because the conductor was hit me a time when I was asked him to close the door. At the time he was used very bad words like THEVIDIYA PAYA ONNA INKEYE YERAKKI VTTUDUVENDA. SUMMA VARYAA ILLA OTHA MUNJA ODAKKATUMAA. I never expected such behavior from a conductor and even I ever met this situation before in my 30 + years traveling experience in the same bus root.
So my humble request to the management please pay some attention on this compliant to take the necessary action on both Sridhar and Prabhar to do not happen their misconduct/language abuse n for someone else in future.
I am going to write the same complaint to the Transport Minister and also file a complaint in CMCELL.GOV.IN since I was harassed completely around 4 to 5Hrs in a bus mentally and physically by the mentally disordered conductor & driver.
I strongly believe the management will take the necessary action. Still I am going to monitor this compliant closely to make sure for the same. I am available to answer to you over the phone and also ready to come directly on need based.

Taking extra amount
This is to inform you that, the ticket collector here at Shamshabad airport charging extra amount from every passenger.
When I discussed about the extra money they said that is GST charges, so I insist him that nothing is mentioned in the ticket..
However please look in this matter as they are looting money from the poor passenger, I have purchased a ticket from airport to Shamshabad on ticket it is mentioned Rs 100/-but they have charged 105.
If it official, I am completely satisfied if not please take necessary action as earliest.

Misbehave by conductor
Respected Sir,
I was travelling in HRTC bus number 00246553 in the morning (09:10AM), when i was get off on my stoppage, the conductor told me that this is not our stop, and he tell the driver not stop bus and started shouting at me very badly . This is very bad behavior with the passenger. I request you please take strict action against bus conductor so that next time he does not misbehave with any passenger. please send complaint status on my email (saruchi.[protected]@gmail.com)

refund of cancelled tickets

My flight tickets pnr no - k e p g 2d booking id : fmnaa2ldwr7w3 booked on : 07 feb 2018 04:42 pm this flight cancelled by indigo. So i cancelled my tickets. Indigo sent a message to me your cancelled refund amount rs 9818.

A shop name cyber point infront of shankar talkies cut tatkal ticket by using software he charge 500 person extra on behave of irctc tatkal tckt software install in her shop desktop computer if there is any solution regarding this then plz do some action i m a passenger who travel only by using irctc because we have nt lot of money so plz consider this issue

Misbehave of booking staff at railway reservation counter rohtak haryana

I had gone to Rohtak Reservation Centre for booking my ticket, i had approached the counter, the name of the person sitting at the counter was Shamsher Singh Rana, there was some mistake in the reservation form, he refuse to accept it, i correct it and requested him for reservation again.He suddenly started giving bad words, like chutiya and etc. I again requested him for reservation . He does not have manner to talk.He also said to me to stop outside .He is not applicable for that position, government should take necessary action against him.

Lot of times I have to pickup bus from Koyambedu to Thiruvanmiyur. Conductor is not allowed to pickup me.
Today I m getting bus for Villupuram route they are not allowed to pickup destination point for singamperumal koil.

water bottle price

I feel very bad to be raise the complaint.
Because the IRCTC 1ltr water battle sold by Rs.20 in Chennai central station.
But the actual cost for that bottle just Rs.15 but the seller sold it for Rs. 20.
Who will take care the responsible for this to control.
In what way you people are doing this.

I did not like the way that driver staff name "RAJ KUMAR" behaved rudly with me ...they often show their vulgarities to the us.he was shouting loudly and saying "me get out from the bus" "why you come to this bus and get down from the bus,"tum iss bus me kyu aaye ho koi aur bus nhi milli kya iss bus se nikal jao " .....they use vulgar language....when i tried to oppose them ....they again start misbehaving with me,which i don"t think is the rule......and they use so much obscene words,which i don"t think should be used publically........
so please look into the matter and take some relevant steps towards your staff.......

Passenger — Request for Addition stop at Mulund (E) Expressway
Dear Sir/Madam,I am reside in MULUND (E) & Daily passenger of Andheri -Thane Bus ( Begins on 6.00 pm). As before, leaving the bus on MULUND (E) EASTERN EXPRESS WAY because of bus transit from under bridge. Now, the Bridge is open for public transport & difficult to bus get down or stop on bridge.
We are more than 15 passenger are affecting due to this reason. And we are always with MSRTC & there services.
so, i am pleasantly requesting to make the additional STOP AT MULUND (E) EASTERN EXPRESS WAY - (MITHAGAR).

Passenger — escalators and lifts not working
The Railway Stations in the MRTS at Chennai are poorly maintained. Besides cleanliness, the lifts and escalators break-down frequently. Specifically, in Triplicane station, lifts and escalators are not working for more than 3 months. From the press clippings appearing in various news papers it could be understood that the poor maintenance is linked to the non-profitability of MRTS. One cannot understand why the profitability of this service alone is taken into consideration without clubbing with atleast with the earnings of suburban collections of Chennai as a whole i.e., Tambaram-Beach, Central-Arakkonam Services.The MRTS Service has got high degree of social relevance in view of the follwing:
This links various important hospitals like Chennai GH, Kasturibai Gandhi Hospital (Triplicane), Royapettah Hospital, Cancer Institute, VHS, Malar Hospital, AMS Hospital, etc., Patients do travel frequently and suffer a lot to climb through the staircase.
There are various important educational institutions en-route like IIT, Madras, Anna University, Madras University, various schools and colleges.
There are various Central and State Government Offices en route like Custom House, Madras High Court, PWD Offices,
There are a number of temples, churches and mosques en-route.
There are a number of Software and BPO companies enroute.
The Marina Beach is nearer to various stations in the route and people could use extensively only if the lifts and escalators are maintained properly.
Now the State Secretariat is near Chindadripet Station and, ofcourse, this station has been taken care of now inview of the nearness to Secretariat.
There are various important places of general interest in the route like Governor’s Raj Bhavan, Childrens’ Park, Memorials of Gandhiji, Rajaji, Dr. Ambedkar, Annadurai, MGR.
In spite of all these, the poor collection is only due to non-maintenance of esacaltors and lifts as even people of young age could not get on the steps regularly. Hope the services would improve.

arrogant attendant in udyog nagri train

Dear Sir, I am travelling through udyog nagri train no.12174 date 11feb2011 expected to reach lokmanya tilak terminus by 6:15am but train is running late by 4 hours. Attendant name Prashant in B1 coach of our train stated collecting bedding at titwala station were train was standing for more than a hour. When we requested to keep it until kalyan he refused and started speaking arrogantly. Also he refused to give complain book and said to put complain whereever I want. This shows no fear of railway staff against any complaint and request railway to atleast give warning against such misbehavior with customers.
