[Resolved]  Passport — delay of passport

Dear Sir,

My Name is G.Mahesh Babu and I am following up for the passport of my nephew. We have submitted the application for the passport at Ongole SP office , Prakasham District , Andhra Pradesh on date 7-6-2010. Since then I have been following up and also checking online. But, the status is showing same since the last 2 months i.e. IT IS TO REGRET THAT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCECS THE DESPATCH OF PASSPORT HAS BEEN DELAYED AND WILL NOW WILL BE DISPATCHED IN A WEEK'S TIME.But I am getting this reply since 2 months.

Please give me a clear picture regarding my nephew's application . His name is

I applied for a fresh passport on June 15, 2010.IPolice verification is also finished.But i didnt get my passport.
From past last three months the Status is showing the same thing as below:
" It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ".

I applied for the Passport on 10 dec,10.But i did not get my passport till now. by the name of ASHFAQUE AALAM The file Ref no. is A066601. still showing on internet that " Police report is clear passport is underprocess.Its almost 2 month finished and still on tha process ,while i should get my passport between 45 days

the passport department was soppose to issue the passport to me on 1st of feb...but still its has not been dispatched..sir i am going abrod for job my joing date is final but still the passport is not been dispatched..my police verification is cleared an from last 25 days its showing the status "ur police report has been cleared and ur passport will be dispatched on[protected]..but still its not been dispatched..i need the passport urgently knw.

This is Sateesh.

I am giving this mail on behalf of my parents who applied for their passport on 21st Feb 2011 in Hyderabad.
Actually police verification completed by 21st March.After 2Weeks of police verification we are checking the status frequently through online.
Unfortunately till now its showing Police verification has not been received.
When we consult the police officer he said they already send the report few months back.

I have applied my Passport in January,2011, till now i have not received my passport even after clearing all formalities including police verification. The status is same since 2 months saying that "Due to unavoidable circumstances we are unable to post your passport. It will be despatched in a weeks time".

With reference your E mail on dated july 22, you suggested to me visit to PRO at RPO and discuss my case. Sorry to inform you that, after Verification police station & Sp office (Dhenkanal) Officers are said my file was dispatched to passport office Bhubaneswar but passport officers(Bhubaneswar ) are not co-operate with me & said my file was missed, i was already three time visited passport office regardig my passport till now i have no message & information from Passport offfice( Bhubanewsar).
