[Resolved]  Passport — delay of passport issue

Sir,
I have applied passport more then 1 year before and the police varification is also done. The special branch verification is also done. The letter no 18397/VR(SB) date: 27/06/2008 and 10600/VR date: 29/04/2009. I have also sent a registered letter to the passport officer by post on 03/06/2009 with receipt no: 4683 to know my status, which I didn't get any reponse yet.

Therefore I request you to be good and kind enough to do the needful so that I can get my passport as soon as possible.

PASSPORT OFFICE — Delay in passport issue without valid reason

I had applied for the passport on 1stApril-2008 with file refrence no-A010330, Bhubaneswar, when I was studying there.I have completed my study after 2 months of my application.Due to carelessness of Special Branch Officer, my Police verification was kept incomplete for around 10months.For the same I had visited three times to Bhubaneswar(Orissa) from my hometown Ranchi(Jharkhand)
Recently, I had visited Special Branch(cuttack), I met with special branch inspector(puri) & visited three times passport office.After so much struggle, finally on 4th May, It was said that all thing is clear & passport is expected to be dispatch on 25th May.It was said that to be 101% sure that I will get my passport.Now the current status is File Reference Number (BHU-A[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available .I have send one of my friend who was on visit to bhubaneswar to know the matter.It is said to him that 10th certificate is needed & that is be original.This means again I have to visit Bhubaneswar from my hometown, which is going to be fourth trip after passport application.Moreover, I have deposited all my documents but for what they again asking.
One more thing is that my college is going to be closed from 12th may.If passport do not reach their prior to the vaccation, passport will get return back to Passport Office & to collect the same again I have to move to Bhubaneswar.Please Please help me & say them to isue my passort and that is to be before 12th May.

I AM GOGURI SANTHOSHREDDY, I APPLIED PASSPORT IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2008, POLICE CAME FOR VERIFICATION IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, BUT DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS WE VACCATED OUR HOUSE BY THE TIME POLICE CAME FOR VERIFICATION.REGRET THIS SIR.SO I GOT A LETTER FROM YOU TO SUBMIT THE THE ADDRESS PROVES AGAIN SO I SUBMITTED MY ADDRESS PROVES TWICE IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2009.POLICE CAME FOR VERIFICATION TO THAT NEW ADDRESS IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2009.THEY VERIFIED AND CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS .BUT I DIDN'T GET MY PASSPORT TILL DATE.WHEN I GO TO PASSPORT OFFICE FOR ENQUIRY THEY SAID ME THAT THEY DIDN'T GET THE VERIFICATION FILE FROM THE POLICE.I CALLED POLICE AND ENQUIRED ABOUT MY VERIFICAYION, THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY SENT THE VERIFICATION FILE TO THE PASSPORT OFFICE ON MARCH23 2009.I SAID THE SAME TO PASSPORT ENQUIRY STAFF .SO THEY SAID ME TO GET PROOF OF POLICE VERIFICATION FROM COMMISSIONER OFFICE.I TOOK THAT PROOF AND SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE LETTER IN THE PASSPORT OFFICE 20 DAYS BACK.BUT TILL NOW THEY DIDN'T CONSIDER MY PROOF.SIR I COMPLETED MY ENGINEERING AND I AM WILLING TO GO ABROAD FOR HIGHER EDUCATION. I DIDN'T WRITE MY IELTS EXAM(AN ENTRANCE TEST TO STUDY ABROAD) AS I DIDN'T GET MY PASSPORT.SO PLEASE CONSIDER MY PROOF AND ISSUE MY PASSPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND HELP ME TO STUDY.PLEASE... "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time". sir its urgent and i am very worried about my passport.

I stay in Jawahar Nagar Rangareddy near to Hakimpet and i went to submit my passport application in Saifabad passport office but they rejected my application by saying that Hakimpet area doesn't come under this office and when i asked so where i should go to submit this application then they didn't tell and im still roaming to submit my application.I shall be thankful i[censored] mail me the office under which my area comes where i can submit my application. so please send this on my mail.

Till now no trace of passport even after a period of 6 and a half months.
