Passport — Passport Not Dispatched (File Number LKOA[protected]

Hi Sir,

My Police Verification is Clear and has been recieved on 31st August 2009 to lucknow passport office.
It has been 10 th day and my passport has not been dispatched.
Due to Urgent Need of Passport it is required as soon as possible due to my Job and Career prospects.

I would like to recieve the passport at the passport office.(As in the manuals of passport form applicant can recieve his/her passport)

Kindly take my complaint into consideration to dispatch my passport as soon as possible and inform (by mail or contact number as mentioned below)
if I am able to collect my passport at Passport office.

(As per commitment and standards passport must be dispatched within two weeks form the day of application )
