Subject: Non receipt of passport after 4 months becuse the police verification is not done in bangalore file no.COCCO3851811 Dated[protected] Name : Priyanka Ajoy DOB :[protected] stuying in :Christ University b'lore and staying in a hostel close by

The cohin office has finished with the police verification, they have sent repeated reminders to the bangalore office to carry out the police verification but no action has been taken so far, we were planning to travel abroad in March but because we have not got the passport, we could not even book our tickets and we are loosing out on good ticket deals because of the delay in issuing the passport. My daughter has subitted all the documents from the college.

I kindly request you to look into the matter, sir as it is causing a lot of inconvience for us and our holiday plans.
