Passport — POLICE REPORT NOT DONE YET

I applied my application for my passport file no. A076113 on 08/09/2010 at Regional Passport Office, Kolkata, but still is showing that my police verification report has not been received to RPO Kolkata

Now, You are requested to let me know how the police verification can be done the earliest?

I would like to know the status of my file for the passport
