Passport Issue — passport

I self trivendra kumar , have applied the passport on 26.07.2010, my File Reference Number : DLH-H[protected], the police vertification is already done two times, but in the site it shows "POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED". but status again show please meet Please contact PRO/Superintendent on any working day allredy two times sumited all doc. with pp.after sumited & again police vertification complate but statusnot change (show Please contact PRO/Superintendent on any working day )
pls look into the matter and try to solve it asap.
