Hello, I have applied for a passport on 18th jan 2011, but not yet received it. Current status is "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ", what is this PRO and why my application is transferred there? This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport on date Feb. 16 2009 in patna regional office, But have not received passport till date (18/11/09) My File Referance no is A019019. Police enquiry has been also done. When i enquaried through internet, comments are showing that "YOUR APPLICATION TRANSFERED TO POLICY SECTION PLEASE SEE THE PRO." I do not understand this message. Pls Help me to provide my passport as soon as possible.
