[Resolved]  Passport Office, Bhubaneswar — passport not received

It is for your kind information that, I have applied Pass-port on the date of[protected]. And now my status is :Police Report is clear and Passport is expected to be despatched by[protected].
But in Web site my name displays SURAV CHANDAN SAHOO. Exactly my name is CHANDAN SAURAV SAHOO.
Sir, kindly change my name from SURAV CHANDAN SAHOO to CHANDAN SAURAV SAHOO.

Sir,
I have applied passport on12Dec 2008 and the police varification is also done. I have seen the status on 5march 2009 that the passport is likely to be despatched on 13 March 2009. My residential address is of Cuttack town and if it has beeb posted it will reach to Cuttack within 2 days but i havenot received my passport yet.

I had submitted my passport in SEPTEMBER 25 2008, and had got it verified by police station in the month october ...till now i havent got passport ..when i enquired in the passport office they are telling it is in CUTTACK crime branch ... and they can do nothing about it .On their recommendation i submitted PP FORM .They told me that i should go to crime branch after 1 week .
I dont understand even after following i will ever get my passport or not...
PLEASE HELP...
i am final year student and will be living orissa by the end of april ...so it is very URGENT FOR ME
to get PASSPORT

But failed to receive my passport after several mails, phone calls, fax, emails..
I sent tons of emails specified at http://passport.gov.in/cpv/complaints.htm but they forward my email to Bhubaneswar office.
Bhubaneswar office is not responding.

I think, I can not go abroad in my life.

sir, i have my new passport no.G6511554 issued from bbsr passport office in lieu of my old passport being expired but was verified and cancelled in the bbsr office.now ihad applied in mumbai to go to gulf as an accountant and deposited my visa and air-ticket fees to an agent in january .when asked about my delay they are demanding my old passport(A[protected]now that it is being needed by delhi embassy .now my old passport is damaged i want to know on which passport i am allowed to travel whether i shall have to renew my old then travel or the old may be kept by the delhi embassy and destroyed after verification to whom i would oblige.reply me soon as to why are my old is asked if it was checked and cancelled.

My File no is A004464 Date-05.02.09.Police clearance report received back in passport office by 05.03.09.Website of your office displayed that it will be despatched by 06.04.09.After that it was displyed that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".Can I request you to send my passport at an early date ? I want to attend 100th convention of Rotary International in the next month at BIRMINGHAM in U.K.
