[Resolved]  Passport Office, Bhubaneswar — passport not received

Respected Sir,

I have applied passport for the month of JUN - 2009, Till date i have not recieved it . My police verification also done before 5 month . But there is no responce form your side.could you please let me know what is the status, And if there is any problem please let me know how long it will take . What is the process. And sorry to say this i don't have the acknowledge copy or number also . I am giving you my complete details below :

With great honour and respect.I Surjya Narayan Panda, S/O Parsu Ram Panda At-Tentulia, Po: B.D.Pur, P.S- Jagannath Prasad, Dist -Ganjam, Orissa beg to state the following few line for your kind consideration. I had applied the passport having file reference no BHU-A[protected] on dated 06.03.2007.even nearly 3 years over till now I did not get my passport. When I check my passport status, it shows “Application has been closed, Please reapply quoting earlier File Number or contact PRO.”

Hence I request you to kindly issue my passport or give me any suggestion, then I will very greatful to you.
A copy of the receipt is being sent herewith with a request kindly look in to the mater and help me to get my passport at the earliest possible.

I am Kamlesh Singh Thakur, File Reference No. A011242, Dated 09/04/2009, a transfered case from Bhopal Passport Office. My Local Police Report has been furnished on 10/10/09. After that, no processing is being entertained from yours behalf, instead of that, same update is being written since OCT 09 till date. Its more than four months completed but still there is no response. Constantly it is showing " POLICE REPORT IS INCOMPLETE & THE CASE IS BEING EXAMINED". How much time does it take to examine a case???

Sub: Regarding dispatch of passport.

Sir,

With due respect I wish to bring some information regarding the
dispatch of passport into
your kind consideration. Sir, I am Gautam Kumar Gupta and I had
applied for Indian passport in Bhubnaeshwar office. The application
was accepted on the date 01/04/2009 and a file reference number
BHU-W[protected] was alloted to that application. Sir, Now almost 11
months are over but i have not received my passport yet. While
checking the status on the website I am getting the information that
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of
Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's
time". This message is coming from last five months.

So sir this is my sincere request to you to give your valuable
attention towards this issue and give necessary instruction to the
concerned person or department for the dispatch of passport as soon as
possible cause I have to show the passport at the time of joining in
green net technology(p) Ltd as joining formalities which would be happenning by
the end of june 2010.

So sir please consider this case as extremely urgent and help me in
getting the passport.
For this kind of kind and helpful act I shall be always obliged to you.

There is a serious problem regarding your web site for application for Passport online. most of the times it's not working. Also pl. state the timings (If any) for applying for passport online indicating off days too clearly.
