My Father Kode Venkata Bheema Sankar Rao has applied for passport on 30th Nov 2009 with file No.A305873 with key No.[protected] and my Mother Kode Krishna Kumari with File No.A305874 and Key No.[protected] till now no police enquiry has taken place i want to know when will they receive the passport they have to go to usa in the month of February 2010 where my sister lives

Today, when I am checking the status of the application: I am getting the message as “PLEASE FURNISH FRESH APPLICATION FORM DULY FILLED ALL COLUMNS WITH SPECIFIC REPLIES AS YES/NO AND DULY SINGED”.

Please advise me, what should I do now. Which Application I need to fill again. Where can I get that application form ?. And how can I apply again ?. Because since it’s a tatkal passport, I have submitted original Police Verification Certificate by the Superintend of Police in Original and also Residence Certificate in original. Please advise, what will be the procedure to get the application as early as possible. Do we need to fill the application – online or manual submission at Hyderabad RPO office.

Dear Madam,
I am Ramakrishna Muthavarapu, Indian national with passport number H2022160, currently working in South Africa from last 8 years staying here along with my family(wife and two kids), during pregnancy I had sent my wife to India so from last one year my wife is in India with her parents, now she want to come to south Africa as she is feeling better with baby, as her visa to south Africa got expired she approached south African high commission in India, they advised her to apply for visa along with India police clearance and south Africa police Clarence so we applied for both Indian and south African police clearance simultaneously, south African PCC got issued, then we applied for Indian police clearance with the required documents in VIJAYAWADA PSK, they straight away refusing the application asking a letter from south African high commission, I don’t know how come they do that after all I am just asking for Indian police clearance as a Indian citizen, we are not anti-social elements in the society as a citizen of India by paying prescribed fee we did applied for police clearance. Kind of response we got from Vijayawada PSK is too rude to the citizen of India so far we didn’t face this kind of behaviour to a citizen in any other countries we travelled.
I hope you could understand my frustration as a citizen; we are citizens of India crying for our minimum rights.
Please kindly help us I hope something will definitely happen for my request
