On internet it is showing "Application is in process".

I filled my renewal of passport and Reference number is PNE- B001677 on 21st January 2011. Its almost 3 months completed and getting status as "A clear verification report from the police authorities is still awaited", even though i have undergone the procedure of police verification before 1 month i.e on 7th April 2011. I am keep sending mails to Passport office but i am not getting proper status of file.

They should give me proper guidance on my mail reply.
