Sir, it is to your knowledge that I have not yet received my passport and my police verification has not been done. Since it has been near about 4 months that I applied for the passport. I am working in an organisation and frequently need to visit abroad for official purpose so for that I need my passport.


When applied for the passport it has been intimated to me that within 45 days passport will be dispatch to me from the Regional Office Guwahati. But sorry to say when I check my status it is clearly printing that my police verification report not received.

Sir, this is not my fault my job is to apply for the passport according to rules and guidelines set by the passport office and also with all the relevant documents.


Sir, its a kind request please look into the matter.
