[Resolved]  Patni Computer Systems Ltd — RSN blank

I have paid the bill for my reliance datacard (no is [protected], Rajnish Mohan Sinha) on 27th September 08 and it has still not been activated.
On enquiring the reason from the reliance web world, I came to know that the RSN no is not blank and it has been blocked from backend.
This is a humble request to please make the RSN (RZTCDC[protected] as blank so that I can get a new no on the same Datacard.
Hoping a quick response from the deptt as It is a great inconvenience to the customer.
