PF transfer has not been done by Patni Computer system

I was an employee of Patni Computers Systems Ltd. I have already submitted my PF withdrawl form to the employer & they are saying that they have submitted my form to PF office. It has been more then 5 years. Still I haven't received my accumulated PF balance. Kindly help me.

Not received My PF

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was an employee of Patni Computer Systems Ltd. My PF No was PF A/c: MH/18734/18044 and emp id was 34774. I claimed my PF amount. My company is saying that, they had already submitted my file to the PF office and also sent the confirmation which am attaching with the mail. But till date i did not receive my PF amount. Please let me know the actual status and please do the needful as soon as possible.

My PF account details - State : MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 18734 / Employee No : 17571

Dec 20, 2007 - PF withdrawl form-19 and from 10C submitted to pf office by Patni.

Mar 04, 2009 - Due to some issue it was returned back to Patni. Patni then again submitted my form. Then, I received claims for form 19, but I haven’t received claims for form 10C.

PF amount not refunded after closing the A/c

Hi,

While leaving my previous organisation - Patni Computer Systems Ltd, Mumbai, I applied for closure of my P.F A/C and refund the amount to A/C which I mentioned in the form.
P.F A/C No - MH[protected].
Date of leaving the organisation - 16th June 2008

RSN blank

I have paid the bill for my reliance datacard (no is [protected], Rajnish Mohan Sinha) on 27th September 08 and it has still not been activated.
On enquiring the reason from the reliance web world, I came to know that the RSN no is not blank and it has been blocked from backend.
This is a humble request to please make the RSN (RZTCDC[protected] as blank so that I can get a new no on the same Datacard.
