I have deposited the Rs 200 in paytm cash from ICICI bank on 18th May 2012, after that i have recharged the my mobile with Rs 110 on the date 24th May 2012 & again on date 27th may 2012 with Rs 50, after 27th May 2012 I haven't recharge my mobile by using paytm cash, so the my balance Rs 40 was should be there in account, but now it not showing balance in my paytm cash. I have attached the photo of recharge order, last 3 transaction was regarding with paytm cash & 4th one i.e Order No.39876666 dated on 9th June 2012, Rs 203 done from my ICICI bank account.
So i am kindly requesting you that please take strong action against the www.paytm.com

Your money Rs.800 has already been refunded to your Paytm Cash balance. You have already used Rs.786 Paytm Cash to pay for your next recharge on Paytm.com of Vodafone and rest amount of Reliance.
Please note: If your recharge fails on paytm.com your money gets refunded directly into your Paytm Cash balance. This way you do not need to wait to receive the refund in your bank account. Paytm Cash is your own money which you can use to make payments on paytm.com without requiring you to enter your bank details on paytm.com all over again.
You always have the option to transfer Paytm Cash to your credit card or bank account, just visit the "Order Status" page and click on Initiate Transfer.
