Returned checks

I have received two checks from PACL for Rs 98400 both were returned since Dec 2013 and still not able to collect back. Iis there any one there who also has the same issue and how this can be resolved

To day 17/04/2013 all the leading news papers of Kerala published that the Kerala Top most Leader of the PACL Company has been arrested by crime branch officials along with many other leaders of Kerala. The report said that the top leader has started a new company investing many crores and cheated the investors. Since I am an investor of this company I really suspect that all the money collected from Kerala have been diverted and utilized by this top leader for his own purpose. Pl. do investigate into the matter and explain about the future of the company.
All the leading agents and top leader of the company have been arrested by the crime branch Kerala. The top leader has bagged all the money from 25000 company agents of Kerala and he has started new company in Hariyana with the knowing of the company as per the news of leading news papers of Kerala state dated 17/04/2013 and 18/04/2013.

Bloddy take the company to court and hang that consultant. These are the kind of companies and people who are making the country look bad. Sue them and sue them fast.

If you are having recipts for 13 months @ Rs 550/- u can proceed it with any csc of pacl all over india and you will get the proper clarification

my friend take a plan of pacl on name of his mother . some days ago his mother is dead. he paid appox. 60months installment pacl return only 200 or 300 rupees advantage of his money through plan.and he also spend 300 on affidavit and other formalities. this is not proper way of working. demanding of affidavits while he submit the agreement and receipts.
