[Resolved]  Pepe Jeans — Alteration service not attended + misbehaviour of staff.

Purchased PEPE Jeans from- Koramangala outlet, blore.
Since i was travelling n ther was no time, picked up the product without alteration, with the assurance n past experience tat alteration n exchange services can be availed across the country. Returned back to the work location after a month of travel and took the product to; SPENSER PLAZA- PEPE OUTLET, CHENNAI.
Though i had lost the bill, the brand n price tag was still on. But t my shock they refused any kind of free service and also spoke atrociously...in a very indecent manner. My till daye experience with any brand, whether it is Van huesen or Allen solly or Scullers or Levis or SF jeans...is that they provide alteration service even if the garnment is 2-3 yrs old.
Kindly address this issue, urgently.
