[Resolved]  Pepsico / Nimbooz — Triple than normal rate

This is true and it is definitely known to the Government, as in 2009 it was been declared and a new law was been published that if any body exceed the price of material above the MRP then he will be Penalize, also few malls in central mumbai have been seal for day or two.

Solution to this as Cinema owner started selling the goods in the open cups instead serving the drinks in Packed bottles, as the law has a "clause that if the price of the company packed material is exceeded" so any body can open the pack and sell it as he wish and at any cost... so it still continued.

We are happy that government made a Law and Mall owner are happy they are free to earn more.

It really hurts to see these people fooling us in the bright day light and we being robbed by ourself..as we become help less at these malls as they have the reason of security to stop you from bringing the things from outside.

I dont know if this complains are really passing through any responsible and authorisedperson or we are just wasting our time...

PEPSICO/Nimbooz — Closure does not open without a knife

The company needs to supply a knife to open the Nimbooz bottle; the closure cannot be opened with out it. A poorly designed Closure. One might hurt himself opening the closure.
