M.Phil Management — M.PHIL Management Result not declared ( year 2006)

I took addmission in M.Phil ( Management) subject in year august 2006 through distance education ( APEX INSTITUTE ), Sector 38, chandigarh (U.T). Now 2 years has been completing but still i am waiting for my result. I appeared in my examination in november 2007. The APEX INSTITUTE is not giving me right information about my result. PLEASE JUST TELL ME WHEN THE UNIVERSITY IS GOING TO PUBLISH THE RESULT OF ( M.PHIL MANAGEMENT YEAR 2006 BATCH)

But uptill now only Results of theory papers are out. there is no information regarding the guide paper and disseration works. when will be the remining results are going to be declared. please give the necessary information.

I got admission from PRIDE for my MPhil(CS) in the CY 2006.
I haven't received my mark sheet of the exam conducted in Mar-Apr 2007.Moreover, I have not heard anything about my dissertation till now.It is very annoying and frustrating that even after 2.5 yrs of getting enrolled to a one-year course, I have no mark sheet, no results and the worst part is that I even have no information when I'll receive them.Please could you provide me information on whom to contact with these grievances? I have called the university and was passed on to numerous departments with out any luck.Please could you assist?
