[Resolved]  Personal Loan — Blocked my Salary A/C without my knowledge

Hello Sir/Madam,

Iam your customer V.T Mynudeen. My account number is [protected]. I have been using my salary account from June 2006 but suddenly my ECS got bounced for the Personal loan which I have one for HDFC bank another for ICICI bank on my salary account which is unknowingly blocked without any reasons. I have not sent any written correspondence or a phone call stating that my salary account is going to be blocked, because my salary account was blocked my ECS for the bank HDFC and ICICI has been bounced back. I need an immediate explanation why without any info my account was blocked. Please get me to back with a phone call or a written response why this account was blocked else this is going to be escalated to the higher management. I have mentioned my account and other details. I request you to kindly update me with the appropriate details.
