Personal Loan — Issue Resolved

Hi Everyone,

I had put in a complaint on this forum stating that I was not told in detail about my Loan tenure and about the deductions, but let me tell you that the staff at their Pimpri office is very efficient in handling customer complaints and Mr Manoj Bhatia and Mr Liyakat were very cooperative and helped me in understanding the details about the deductions and and the tenure of the loan, I only have one request that as promised please send me the Loan statement to my address.
