[Resolved] Personal Loan — icici bank not settle my cibil report | |||
i had personal loan 3 years back due to late payment my name included in cibil list i had cleared all dues & get N O C from icici bank and full settlement leter from bank(service request no.SR[protected] for Statement of Account for loan account no.LIXCG[protected].) but icici bank is not replying and not mentioning settle in my cibil report and I went to bank they said no records after 3 years, because of that I m not able to apply for personal loan to other banks.my emailid is mithil.[protected]@yahoo.com [protected], [protected].. Personal — My CIBIL Report
Dear SirRecently I had applied for personal loan from one bank.
When they did my CIBIL for the first time, it did not reflect about any default.
When I went to bank, submitted the documents including 6 PDCs, they did the CIBIL 2nd time in which they found my name in CIBIL for a short payment of Rs. 1600/- I also have a running personal loan for which I regulary pay EMI of Rs. 11076/- monthly.
Please let me know whether a CIBIL can be done twice, thrice or any number of times bank wants?
Because of this, I am getting rejected for any other loans from banks?
Please help to get any solution for it and also let me know how to get out of CIBIL's negative list.
