[Resolved]  Peter England — Fake trouser

Dear Sir,



I am writing here being victim of getting fake PETER ENGLAND brand (as per show room owner) which I have purchased from show room at Pune. I purchased to trousers of Size 28 inch on January 25, Show room people told me to collect it on same day at 18.30. I collected the same and checked it’s (sticker & colour), but on next when I got opportunity to use it, I found that one of that having actual size of 30 inch & label shows 28 inch. Next day when I approached for exchange, manager told me that this is not our trouser and denied to exchange.

After having long arguments with store manager I felt that I am cheated by the store. I am afaried tjat my second trouser also may be fake.
Please look in the matter and do needful for valuable customers.

I am a regular user of peter england formals and 6 - 8 months i bought a formal black pant of size 34Inches from the peter england showroom at Coimbatore. since i normally use this size i didn't check it during my purchase but later when i wear it i found the size is not the same.Due to this i am not using this pant now i want you to check this

I want peter england to just stop writing 100%cotton on their shirts which has a cost of 800 and above.I was victim of such fraud .I purchased the shirt on 25 sep from R.K FASHION FROM PETER ENGLAND SHOW ROOM IN UDUPI IN KARNATAKA.SEEING THE SHIRT having named 100% cotton i purchased without any second thought.after using it I CAME TO KNOW THAT I WAS A VICTIM of such a fraud played by the company I couldn't wear much as it was sweating like anything in that shirt unlike non-cotton shirts .SO THE NAME GIVEN IS OF NO USE i want the compensaton given for the shirt as soon as possible else we will fight for the justice.as brand peter england is famous I want the company to act as soon as possible .MY NO IS [protected].THE show room people also told me that my bill doesn't exist in their database.SO I request the senior most executive to look into this matter and take neccessary action .i hope you will do the needfull

previously, i don't know that the peter england is not selling unstiched fabric suit pieces. one person came to my hostel and told me that this is a real peter england unstiched suit and i belived on him and purchased 5 pieces at 3600 and after asking on some retail store of peter england I found that peter england is a brand which had never lauch unstiched suit in the market and at that time I was shock because i have purchased 5 pieces of it.
i request to consumer forum and govt.dept who are responsible for same to check near nagpur may be someone is selling unstiched suit in the name of peter england.
