I dont think there is any way u can get the amount which is deducted on bahalf of PF.
only thing u can do is file a case against the company, but that also will not yield your PF amount but the case will run against the management and any action will be taken against them.

Mphasis an EDS company situated in vadodara not giving me proper response for my provident fund amount.
I did complaint on [protected]@mphasis.com regarding rude behaviour of HR dept. especially Arpit patel
assistant of HR dept. He told me there is no process of filling form to claim PF amount. I am providing
you one ID do your PF process with your own from it i.e. [protected]@mphasis.com. I did the application as per
he said to me. But finally from head office of mphasis banglore, I came to know I should fill application form
for that. Arpit Patel is behaving not properly with terminated labours when they approaching for PF process in
company in Vadodara.
I hope that you will take some appropriate action towards such company.

Before receiving this kind of reply from Headoffice I did complaint against Arpit Patel but company has not taken any action against wrong direction given by Arpit patel to me.

my any friend to work under Airtel mphasis especially situated in Vadodara.
Hope you will drop my Provident fund by talking Vadodara HR department with 29 days of application. I will now not going to fill up any form because
according to government rules company itself doing all this process.
Also you will some action against such kind of HR department who thinks that the terminated employees are like dogs.
Finally, you will come to know that lots of employees have putten resignation just because of this kind of management. I want to save your
companies reputation that's why I am writing in deep.
