I have resigned my job (at M.N.M Jain Engg College, Chennai )an year back and submitted my PF Withdrawal form immeditely..
Inspite of repeated request to the office I havent got any positive response about my PF and its Status...

I would like to know where is it possible to swindle my PF amount by the authorities in the colleges without the knowledge of PF offices by giving false information.

I had worked for utility powertech limited farakka, in 2002.
I had been relocated to bangalore now and joined a new job. I did not taken the PF amount from my previous employer.
I would like to know whether can I take the PF amount of my job as i had left the job and joined a new job in bangalore now. It has been nearly 5 years now, can i claim the PF amount for my previous job? If yes what should i do and to whom to contact.

Dear Sir,
I am Sanay Kumar Mahakud X Employe Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. Rourkela Branch My employee ID 16235. My PF No. : AP/29903/8738I have already request PF withdrawl through the Karvy HR department because still now one amount (12, 935/-)
has been credit my PNB account but Second amount cheque is issued but the account number rongly mentioned so my cheque was not cleared so bank return the cheque to PF Dearptment Hyderbad, 16.02.2010. As per PF department requirment I submitted re authorized from of PF Account to Hydervad Karvy on 23th 02 2010.

Kindly look into this medical problem in my family. Tech serious action against this otherwise i will go to commissioner of PF department. Please reply aurgently.

I have been trying to speak to somebody at the PF office but there has been not picking of phone.
The online claim status also does not provide any information.

What action can be taken against employer, if both PF contribution is deducted from Employee Salary under PF act, that do before confirmation of employee.

I Vinod kumar and my PF No. is MH/41033/10329.I had resigned from my services on April 09. after resining job I submitted my claim for PF on july 09.till now I am not able to receive my claim, I approached so many times in PF office mumbai, they replied that my claim is in process.But after 1 year I am not able to get the PF amount.
