[Resolved] PF office Delhi — Delay in transfer of PF Fund | |
I have submitted my application for PF withdrawal with my employer in Sept' 08 for my PF A/c bearing number DL/23859/13319. In March first week I received a CC letter from PF Office Delhi stating that they have dispatched cheques in favour of my account to HDFC Bank, however, when contacted with the branch office it seems they never received the cheques. (The address of the Bank Branch on the letter was correct) The letter stated that the cheques were mailed on 27th Feb 2009 whereas, they have not yet been received by the bank yet as of 22 April 2009. As per the information I received from the Bank this is usual practice by the PF Office and the cheques are delayed as long as 15 days now its over a month and the cheques haven't been received. My Pf form is deposited on Dated 23/09/2009 in your office.But at that time my PF is not transfered in my account

I was working with Jumpstart consultant pvt ltd and my employee code is S-0844, office adress is A-2 naraina, industrial area phase-2, (Est code 34333) I have resigned the company on[protected]. I have sent them my PF withdrawal form on 19/04/2011. Till now I don’t have any update/status on this.

Myself Shoukath Ali, i was working for Liliput Kidswear and had applied for PF, i was not able to get the same due to one or the other reason from last 2 years.
Hence as per the confirmation from Delhi team have once again filled the PF form & sent in the month of Feb 2011, as per which it is more than 5 months but i have not received the PF amount once again & as per the rules i should get my PF amount within 3 months.
Now the same is showing as pending when checked in the website.Request to plz confirm when can i get the same & when will my PF get proccessed.
