[Resolved]  PF office, Delhi — PF Office delaying transfer

I have applied for PF transfer to PF office in May 2006.
Delhi PF account no : DL/******/*79
AP PF account no : AP/HY/*******/*61

Andhra Pradesh PF office has confirmed my application to transfer PF in May 2006 and send the letter to Delhi PF office. It has been really sad to know that EPF office did not transfer PF fund for more than 18 months

I have filed and application under RTI act and I have asked for 5 point information and I have been provided only 2. I am in receipt of a letter from Ms Sarojini Rane (CPIO & RPFC-II) in reply to my application under RTI Act. I have been told that other information is not available. It is sad to know that PF office is claiming that none is held responsible for this delay.

The law has already provided for the penalty for the delay. If the matter is not resolved here, I will not hesitate to go to court of law.

Moreover EPF website is not having complete information. The email id mentioned there are not correct, mails are bouncing from the id. No information about the vigilance department is provided on the website.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied to withdraw the PF amount on 19th August 09. My PF number is DL/23719/54771

I tried calling ([protected], [protected], [protected]) Delhi PF office numbers several times but every time I call it rings and no one answers the phone and the next time when I try again user is busy and it never rings on that day. Now it is more than 4 months I dont know when I am going to receive the PF amount. It is very sad to know how government offices functions.

PLz Plz i[censored] have any information plz contact me on ([protected], [protected], [protected]).

My PF A/c No.DL/32000/33585. I have worked for 32month for Team4U HR Solutions-Hyderabad. my Employee Id was 51948.I have applied for PF on 20.05.08 but still i didn't get my PF amount. Already i spoked with my concern person, Smt Prateeba, Mr.Ganesh at Hyderabad Office. But nobody is giving proper information regarding this issue. They told me that, to apply once again. I had been working in "Belzabar Software" as an computer scientist from april 2008 till june 2009.
Earlier i worked with "CDAC Pune" from feb 2007 to april 2008.
My account number with cdac was 30908/1838, i got this transferred to Belzabar Software Delhi.
My PF account with Belzabar Software is: 38978/003

I submitted PF withdrawl request on 16th Nov 2009 by Speed post. I checked postage details that my application
reached PF office before 20th Nov 2009. I have emailed at ro.delhi.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in but there is no response.
I request you to kindly look into matter. I kindly request you to transfer my pf amount to account number
mentioned in form.

My PF A/c No.DL/29712/1087. I have worked for 10month for credable management &consultants. .I have applied for PF withdrawal on 8.05.07 but still i didn't get my PF amount. Already i spoked with my concern person at delhi Office. But nobody is giving proper information regarding this issue.
