[Resolved]  PF office, Delhi — PF Office delaying transfer

I have applied for PF transfer to PF office in May 2006.
Delhi PF account no : DL/******/*79
AP PF account no : AP/HY/*******/*61

Andhra Pradesh PF office has confirmed my application to transfer PF in May 2006 and send the letter to Delhi PF office. It has been really sad to know that EPF office did not transfer PF fund for more than 18 months

I have filed and application under RTI act and I have asked for 5 point information and I have been provided only 2. I am in receipt of a letter from Ms Sarojini Rane (CPIO & RPFC-II) in reply to my application under RTI Act. I have been told that other information is not available. It is sad to know that PF office is claiming that none is held responsible for this delay.

The law has already provided for the penalty for the delay. If the matter is not resolved here, I will not hesitate to go to court of law.

Moreover EPF website is not having complete information. The email id mentioned there are not correct, mails are bouncing from the id. No information about the vigilance department is provided on the website.

This is to inform you that i have worked with DS Combine vender of Blue Dart Express Pvt. Ltd.(Bhubaneswar, Orrisa)
My PF A/c No.or/13360/06. I have worked for 21month (in this comp.).I have applied for PF withdrawal on 06/10/2009 but still i didn't get my PF amount. And when i talk to my office (Authrised Pursion) name is S.K. Das he use abusing word and said that what ever you want to do you will not get your pf so please do some thing on this matter this very urgent for me i am running on very crusual path...

I was working in HSIIDC, Bahadurgarh Branch through security Agency (United Security Organisation pvt. ltd.) during the period of july 2007 to October 2008. I had submitted the form to withdraw my PF amount. However the P.F has not still been credited to my bank account yet.I had contacted the company and they informed me that the withdrawal form has been submitted to the DL EPF office on 18th September, 2009, Could I know the status of my P.F account DL32812/01373 ?

PF Office — PF Withdrawal/transfer delay

Hi All....
I appreciate your efforts in writing the complaints here but is anybody replies on them???? Is it waist of the time or does anyone gets any solution???
I also have the similar type of problem but hesitation to writing here wondering if someone from PF department reads them.

HI SIR, my pf no. isDL/30415/5338. I APPLIYED FOR PF 1 AND HALF YEAR BEFORE, STILL I DIDNT GET MY PF. IAM FROM BANGALRE. PLEASE TAKE CARE AND DO THE NEEDFULL SIR.

I Submitted my PF form no 31 dated on 27/05/2010 by Regd AD post vide reffernce no 28208, by my hr team of jaipur golde.And get the ackownledgement in same date. but still i have not recieved any possitive reply form pf office end.
