[Resolved]  PF office Hyderabad — PF Transfer

Hi Sir,

Background:
I am waiting for my PF Transfer from last 8 months from my previous employer provident fund (Ref: MH/THN/98471/2393) to my new employer provident fund (Ref: AP/HYD/37897/37204). I am trying to chase both departments since last 6-7 months (considering the general time scale for transfer of provident fund i.e. 4 months to 6 months) but all is in vain. None of them is ready to respond at all. Every time I call both departments say call tomorrow, call later, we do not have records, our systems are not working and various other useless reasons.

I submitted my transfer request to my current employer provident fund department on 2nd of May 2009 and also got the stamped acknowledgement through my current employer on 5th May 2009. Now till date I have no idea what's the status on this. No one is ready to update me on this. When ever I call they say - call later our staff is not here, systems are not working, unable to find the register etc.

I am really upset the way these departments work they do not have any professionalism and it is like begging for my own hard earned money. I am really fed up of this and feeling helpless.

Current Situation:
As of now no update is to what happened to my PF money.

Expectation/Response required:
Please could you look at this matter on urgent basis. I need that money as I have to raise loan against that for my family requirements. I do not want to write long story as I believe you will definitely look at this matter and maintain the expectations of an Indian Citizen.
