THERE IS NO REPLY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO.[protected]. No body is picking up the phone even after calling the no. around 10 times.

Please reply to me following query immediately.

I had booked one Phillips DVD home theatre along with one free watch and holiday voucher on 01.08.09. My order no. is 0GA[protected] for order value of Rs. 7598.00 paid thro' my credit card . But till now 29.08.09 same is not delivered.

I want the present status of the items immediately..

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS MOST URGENT.
