[Resolved]  Philips / DVD Micro Hi Fi Sys MCD 299 — Not Working

I have bought a Philips Hi Fi Sys MCD299 from Croma, Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad, U.P. India.
When I was purchasing this system, Croma Sales persons says whenever you will get problem in system the Philips Engineer come your home and solve the problem.
Now, last 4 Days I keep calling at Philips Customer Care they directly forward me to Hi Tech Service Centre, East Guru Angad Nagar, Delhi address and phone No. 22501823,[protected]Manager Mr. Puran) but Hi Tech Service Centre guys again send me back to Philips Customer Care. Last 4 days I am going here and their without any Complaint Registered and misguided me by Philips Customer Care and Hi Tech Service Centre.
After 4 days Drama the Philips Customer Care Executive Registered My Complaint (Regn No. 139412) and says that we are not able to solve your problem and we are not given on site service and again forwarded me to Hi Tech Service Centre.
Today when I call at Hi Tech Service Centre they suggest me to come their Service Station with System because the Hi Tech Service Centre does not give on site warranty but when I was purchasing the product the Croma Sales person said to me the product which I am purchasing is comes with on site Warranty.
Now, After 4 days mental torture given by Philips, Hi Tech Service and Croma. I have finally decided to take them to Consumer Court.
Let them face to all consumer court persume.
