[Resolved] Photon + — service not activated | |||
It has been 15 days since my purchase of tata photon+ device. I received a telecall from tata docomo, supposedly, and some KS Enterprises came over to sell the product, who after selling the product are not supporting me at all. Even Mr.Gourab Ghosh has not been co-operative in any manner who claims to be from tata docomo to resolve my issues. I am highly dissatisfied and annoyed with this service. I have tried reaching at[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] [protected]@tatadocomo.com, gourab.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com but have received no support.
