Pizza Hut — Poor Customer Service

it sucks big time. We waited for our order for 2.5 hrs and still not delivered. At 10.45 PM the person calls up and says that they did not find the place. I had ordered a country feast cheesy bites takeaway on 16/08/09 from your Hennur outlet in Bangalore. when we reached home and opened the pizza box, the pizza looked so dull and one could hardly see any vegetables mentioned, there was hardly any cheese it was horrible. I felt that it was a total waste of 395/- My daughter said that the pizzas i make at home were far more better. i should have made them at home instead of wasting money.

Before this incident we had the same pizza at the same outlet and it was really very delicious. we thought it would be the same. but the service given at each time is so different. I think that they must have thought that once a pizza takeaway is delivered, no matter how it tastes no one would take the trouble to come back and complain. i don't think that i would ever go back to Pizza hut ever again.
