[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Double tax charged from customers

Pizza Hut is charging double taxa from the customers.
First they charge 12.5% VAT on the food
and then they charge 10% additional tax on the total of food + VAT due to which
customers need to shell out more money than the amount of food.
It is not at all in the interest of customers.

Recently i visited Pizza hut on 21st may 2011 for dinner.
The bill of our food was around 600rs. but they charge 300 rs. extra from us in the name of VAT and service tax. Please check their fraud practices they are carrying on with the customers.
