[Resolved] Platinum Circle — NON Refund of my Membership money

Sir, I have been fraudulently, deceitfully forced to buy the membership of Chutti Pe Chutti, under the illusion of good vacation facilities / Holiday package thro' telemarketing, that you have been selected as a renowned customer and all that, by Platinum Circle people in the Month of Sep-12. Whereby I have been looted an amount of Rs.6,999/- with a false assurance that i will be provided 7 days vacation with in India or abroad. And for that i will have to intimate them 30 days in advance. But to all my surprise i have approached them thrice but all the time i have replied that the booking is full. Lastly i have been refused very recently and after that i realized that i have been fooled of. I have been requesting them for Vacation of 3 days in End of Aug-13 right from May-2013, as per the required. But I have been refused with the comment No Booking available for any of the Three Locations ( a pre-requisite to give three options) i have requested even in the NO HEAVY RUSH SEASON. Further the people on the line are so rude i cant explain. That's why I have requested them to cancel my membership and refund my money back, repeatedly from the last 20 days but no one is there to hear my words, despite my repeated emails and calls. And above all it is the company's policy that the amount will refunded upon request before the expiry of membership, perhaps they are waiting for the expiry of my membership so that they can pocket my money. My Membership No. is[protected].
They are totally a fraud.
THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL CHUTTI PE CHUTTI
They really mean it.
IS there anybody who can hear?

I had similar experience. The company is really a big fraud. They will insist to give three choices at three different places (Cities) with different dates. This is not practical. Then on some pretext or the other they will not provide booking to you. They will not respond to your mails and phones. The company is a big fraud and no sane person should entertain any call from chutti pe chutti or platinum circle or discover india at all.

Hi All,

Platinum Circle and Mega Deals are two fraud companies in New Delhi. Membership is taken in the name of Platinum Circle and Booking is done in the name of Mega Deals. Both are farud companies. I am one of the affected person by them. I have also been cornered to take the membership saying its a offer from HDFC credit card .I had sent booking request twice and got reply that there is no booking available for the dates.Inspite of giving 3 date & location options, even called the helpline of mega deals before sending the request finally got response saying no booking available for the dates.After all these fraud activities they I got a call from mega deals asking me to upgrade the membership for Rs.6500/- so that the booking is guaranteed.

Pls dont get trapped by these call/companies.Pass on this information to all your friends and relatives.Also post messages about this fraud compaines in the social network sites such as facebook, twitter etc. Atleast let other are not affected by these fraud companies and lets create awareness.
