[Resolved]  Platinum Circle — Fraud Company

Hi,

I got a call from company called Platinum Circle, New Delhi they were saying they were from HDFC VISA and MASTERCARD department. And they were offered saying you’re the privileged customer we are offering 4 gift items which was worth 60000rs and you have to pay 6999rs as taxable amount.

I thought it was call from HDFC bank itself and I have entered my credit card details in IVR and amount has been debited from my credit card. Latter I came to know that it fraud company and I have blocked my credit card.

I have requested them to cancel my order but they are not giving proper response. Please help me out to take my amount back
