fraudulent bonus offers
Sub: Fraudulant Bonus Offers
By Play Games24x7 Pvt.Ltd. (Rummycircle.com)

I have been playing rummy games on the site of above mentioned company called “Rummycircle.com”, and also such other sites such as “Ace2three.com” and “Classicrummy.com”.

These companies come out with bonus offers frequently, which are fraudulent and amounts to cheating/deceiving the public.

Rummycircle.com have announced 50% bonus on deposits made from 15 to 18 Sept.2012. That is, if one makes a deposit of Rs.500/- he is entitled to get a bonus of Rs.250/-. No doubt, as soon as one makes the deposit, they show entitlement of bonus of Rs.250/- in his name but the amount is not released. Their terms and conditions (which is hidden) says that the amount of bonus will be released in 5 chunks of Rs.50/- and for each chunk one has to play games worth Rs.500/-. That means to get the bonus of Rs.250 as offered, one has to play games worth Rs.2500/-. Again the depositor has to complete this cycle within 15 days. If the depositor has played games worth Rs.500 and lost all the games he will get Rs.50 but if he does not deposit further amounts and play games, the balance amount of bonus which he is entitled as per the offer is lost. Therefore, in true effect, the bonus actually received by the depositor is only 10% and not 50% as offered.

Thus, the offer is prima facie fraudulent and deceiving the public.

I had taken up this issue with the company but they refused to accept it, saying that it is written in their terms and conditions, and it is a marketing strategy.

It is true that the mode of disbursement of bonus is written in their terms & conditions but the point of complaint here is that the amount of bonus actually paid to the depositor is only 10% against the offer of 50% and that is a fraud and cheating.

I was trying to forward the email sent by them to be making the offer but could not succeed in cutting and pasting it to this. You will be able to see the same in their website :

I AM TRY TO ADD CASH BUT I CANT
Yeah it's sad but real...

They steal our money in many ways..
Esply by blocking the player's account when he earns fast or deposits frequently.
These games looting the money by showing some terms and conditions...
Even many people still don't know how to recover the money from this kinda tech mafias...
Hope the government will step into this asap or else it will come to the self interest of our honourable courts.

Let see..
